ASSESSMENTS

The EIQ-2 Assessment serves to:

  • Indicate relative strengths and weaknesses

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities.  The ELI forms the initial launching point for one-on-one coaching, providing a baseline for the client's current performance and situation.  The realizations that clients gain from the Energy Leadership Assessment and debrief process alone will change the way they view their world.

The ELI 360 is a four-part assessment system that provides a multi-dimensional perspective on leadership.​ In addition to what is measured by the standard ELI, the 360 version measures a leader’s perceptions of their own leadership capabilities as well as their colleagues’ perceptions of how they lead.
