Energy Leadership Index 360

The ELI 360 is a four-part assessment system that provides a multi-dimensional perspective on leadership. In addition to what is measured by the standard ELI, the 360 version adds a section on leadership competencies for self-assessment, as well as rating by nominated colleagues (up to 25.) These competencies and elements of the person's leadership style reflects their ability to adapt, coach, communicate, engage, inspire, and relate to those around them. These elements can be seen in regular interactions as well as in situations where challenges and conflict may be occurring.
